This was an opportunity to participate in a unique event that combined running, networking, and giving back to the community under the motto “Running for a Cause, Connecting for Success.” The run was open to everyone, regardless of running experience, and featured 4K and 9K routes through the beautiful city of Antwerp.

The run took place on Wednesday, October 9th, 2024, starting promptly at 7:30 a.m.

The starting point was the Hilton Hotel at Groenplaats 32, Antwerp, where participants could leave their belongings. The finish point was at TEJO by Bredestraat 2, where refreshments were provided.

Participants were asked to arrive at 7:10 a.m. to collect their running shirts made from recycled waste plastics and to join in pre-networking, followed by warm-up exercises led by a professional running coach.

The first runners typically returned around 8:15 a.m., and the event concluded around 9:00 a.m. After the run, participants had ample opportunity to network with co-runners and sponsors while enjoying refreshments.

The participation fee was EUR 50.00, donated entirely to the local charity organization TEJO, which offers support for young and troubled persons aged 10-20 in Antwerp.
