31st July 2024 | 1. End of early bird rates on the webshop accessible via MyEasyfairs
2. Complete The exhibitor Forms. This includes.. · The shell Amendment form (only for Shell Scheme and if you wish to remove items from your stand) · Grid plan (mandatory for all exhibitors) · Risk Assessment (mandatory for all exhibitors) · Health and safety (mandatory for all exhibitors) |
6th September 2024 | All stands Plans and Rams must be sent to Admin@opssquad.co.uk this includes the following · Contractor Contact Details · Detailed Stand plans, including all measurements/dimensions · Risk assessment · Method statement · Type of flooring you will be using · Electrical plans · Rigging plans, if applicable · Water plans, If applicable

18th September 2024 | Upload artwork for ordered Graphics (on AlterExpo’s platform) |
25th September 2024 | Last day to order additional ítems on the Webshop before it closes |
