Three Port Areas: The General Port, the Deep Port, and the Silverstone Port form an efficient entity, providing cost-effective transport services through well-functioning port logistics.
For hoisting project cargo such as windmill components, cisterns, vessel engine parts, and other heavy industry loads, we utilize two Gottwald port cranes with hoisting capacities of 150 and 140 tons. In addition to a wide range of cranes and versatile warehousing and terminal facilities, the port offers large open areas for storage purposes.
The General Port also features an All-Weather Terminal (AWT), the largest in Europe and the only one in the Nordic countries. The AWT’s logistics system, loading area, and warehousing facilities enable the handling of containers and sensitive general cargo in all weather conditions.
