The Great Lakes St Lawrence Seaway Corporation (GLS) is an agency within the U.S. Department of Transportation. Its mission is to operate and maintain the U.S. locks in Massena, NY and to market the bi-national Great Lakes St Lawrence Seaway System as an international maritime supply chain serving the heartland of North America.
