Vacancy: Liner Agent
Function:
• Customer Service
o Processing bookings containers and break bulk
o Trouble shooting assistance customers if needed
o Import containers
• Operations
o Manage load list, reefer list, DG cargo ….
o Container Stock update and follow up
o Empty container repo handling
• Documentation
o Processing shipping instructions, issue BL’s
o Processing Invoices, monitorring payments
• Contact with HQ, customers, terminals, …
Profile:
• Preference Bachelor Logistics or equal to work experience
• 2 years of experience minimum, but also candidates who did specialized courses
• Supreme knowledge Dutch and English (written and spoken)
• French and/or German is a plus but no must
• Good knowledge MS Office
• Small Team so hands-on mentallity is
