CEVA Logistics and Almajdouie Logistics Form Joint Venture to Elevate Saudi Arabia’s Logistics Sector
CEVA Logistics, a global leader in third-party logistics, has signed a final agreement with Almajdouie Logistics, a top logistics solutions provider in the Middle East, to establish a joint venture within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The formal signing took place at the first-ever Global Logistics Forum in Riyadh, solidifying the creation of CEVA Almajdouie Logistics.
Initially announced in July 2024 and approved by Saudi authorities, the partnership aims to combine the strengths of CEVA Logistics and Almajdouie Logistics to support Saudi Arabia’s rapidly growing logistics sector. This joint venture will deliver a range of integrated logistics solutions to meet rising local and international demand and further contribute to Saudi Arabia’s economic development goals. CEVA Logistics will hold a majority stake in this collaboration.
CEVA Logistics has been active in Saudi Arabia since the 1980s and has a longstanding partnership with Almajdouie Logistics, including a separate joint venture focused on finished vehicle logistics. With this expanded partnership, both companies are poised to offer enhanced capabilities across the Kingdom, leveraging decades of expertise and a shared commitment to excellence.
