Mammoet has secured a five-year exclusive contract to provide heavy lift and transport services at Steel River Quay, a key site within the Teesworks industrial zone in Teesside. Teesworks, a 2,600-acre site along the River Tees in Northeast England, is central to the Teesside Freeport, the UK’s largest freeport, which is significantly invested in the offshore wind energy sector.
Mark Sadler, Managing Director at Mammoet, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, stating, “This collaboration aims to support growth in the Teesside area and is built on shared goals: driving investment, creating long-term jobs, and delivering operational excellence.
