AutoKrane Schares, renowned for its expertise in heavy lifting, has achieved a ground-breaking milestone in Berlin’s urban landscape. Recently, they successfully removed a 60-meter-long, 1500-tonne section of Margraff Bridge over the Britzer Verbindungs Canal.
The project presented significant challenges, including navigating around overhead powerlines and working with a congested urban intersection with limited space. To tackle these complexities effectively, AutoKrane Schares employed the newly acquired Enerpac JS-250 jack system. This advanced technology not only ensure minimal disruption to surrounding areas but also optimised safety and operational efficiency throughout the intricate lifting process.
