What does sustainability mean to you and how important is it?

Climate change and sustainability are interlinked and tackling one, requires addressing the other. Therefore to me, the most important aspects of sustainability involve finding a way to balance environmental, economic, social and cultural needs to ensure the long-term well-being of people and the planet.

What was your first week like?

My first week was extremely chaotic but in the best possible way you could imagine. From meeting everyone in the office (including office dogs) to learning so much, it has just been fantastic. I honestly could not have wished for a more wonderful group of people to work and grow with!

What are you most looking forward to whilst working with us?

Attending events, learning, meeting exhibitors and industry prominent individuals, travelling and most importantly, having a good time. At Easyfairs we say ‘success is a journey, not a destination’ and I resonate with this a lot!

What do you do in your free time?

Spend time with my family (family is everything to me!) and friends. I take my dogs for walks and enjoy the sunshine (if we ever get any)! And drink copious amounts of rosé..

Are you excited to be on-site? What are you looking forward to when we go?

Absolutely. One of the most exciting parts of this role is not only the marketing aspect but the fact that we get to organise and attend events and awards. This includes networking and meeting industry people whilst growing my knowledge along the way and so this is also very exciting.

What is a fun fact about yourself?

I can say the phonetic alphabet and I used to work on Super Yachts.
